We were introduced, through Berklee College of Music, to Rimontgo which has a local and national reputation for quality service and efficiency combined with a personal touch that makes the task of house hunting so much easier. Our experience of working with them was exactly that but they also combined these attributes with relationship building and providing the care, time and attention that allows the best choice to be made. We were successful, through their offices, in finding a beautiful apartment right in the heart of one of the most attractive parts of the city of Valencia and we are very happy here. Since buying the property, and as a great example of their client relationship policy, Rimontgo has continued to provide support for us as we set about creating a new home in a new country, through help with services such as phone, electricity and water; translations of official documents; even organizing taxis for early morning trips to the airport.   We have purchased many houses and apartments in the United States , so when we decided to buy a 2nd home in Spain , we were very nervous about dealing with people. , laws and processes in a foreign country . Through their affiliation with Christie's we found Rimontgo and wow !!! We were very lucky . They took time to understand our goals , and then assembled a great selection of potential options . On the first day , we struck gold and from their our experience only got better . Once we struck a deal with the seller , a lot of paperwork and details had to be handled locally , yet we were back in NYC. Rimontgo handled everything , from helping set up bank accounts, getting us NIE numbers , finding us a lawyer for the closing , helping us arrange the delivery of furniture from the port , setting up all the utilities in the house and finding us local service providers to do custom work around the house . Additionally, every time we came to visit Valencia , they met us at the train station or airport , and made sure we were well informed to discover all that Valencia has to offer . Jose and Cristina have really been amazing to us , and I would highly recommend their company for anyone considering a property in Spain.

  employees seem to be very polite, but after trying this company once, we want to say: they are very unprofessional and unreliable. think better twice, before investing your money in this "international" company!

  “Over the years my wife and I have bought about 15 properties in various parts of the world and have worked with Estate Agents/Realtors from the west coast of America to Tunbridge Wells in the UK. The quality of services has been a mixed bag and in the main they have been only partial helpful in finding for us the right property or providing the support needed to make the right choices.
