  The boiler had come off the wall and smashed through the ceiling and hit him on the shoulder. but worst off all, there was water spraying everywhere and electric cables hanging down. My friend was very lucky to have not been electrocuted and killed!

  This was the worst experience of a holiday rental I have ever had - not only is the apartment very poor, but the company are appalling to deal with and incredibly rude, even threatening. Valencia 13 is a 1 bedroom apartment which is poorly kitted out and tired, certainly not luxurious. There is burn damage apparent and dangerous appliances. I would ideally give it zero stars and warn people not to book with this organisation

  That is all bad enough, but the response by Valencia Luxury was disgraceful. We lost a days holiday and had to book into a hotel which cost 300 euros more than the apartment we booked. Valencia Luxury, offered to refund us for the 3 days we couldn't stay in their dangerous apartment, but refused to cover our out of pocket expenses despite the fact that they couldn't accommodate us and my friend could have died!

  Do not book with these people, the apartment was not as advertised and any effort to discuss this was met with threats and rudeness. The photos mis lead and if you try to suggest payment should be adjusted they threaten to call the police.
