  As a Spire member I was given this room as it has a good view overlooking the pool and part of the city.

  The place is nicely located. It’s near the shopping mall, and the oceanographic. The rooms are clean and the staff are nice. It has enough parking. The breakfast is good as well. But, I had a bad experience because my purse was stolen while I was eating breakfast with my friends. The camera was down that day and we can’t see who had stolen it. I hope they work on the safety of their costumers. Nobody should be allowed to enter the area where breakfast is served unless they are clients. The thieves work as a group coz one distract us by knocking the outside door and another person stole my bag. It destroyed the wonderful experience I had in Valencia as well as the hotel. PLEASE, make sure your clients are safe while they are in the lobby. CLIENTS: Be vigilant with your things while in the lobby and cafeteria.

  Also they really need to buy a toaster, they do have two warmers which work great for cakes/buns but take 20 minutes to toast bread.

  Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Unfortunately we had issues with the shower as the temperature would change all the time randomly, and the pressure was quite low. Also, few plugs to charge electronics. Also the WiFi was slow, but we didn't really need it, so it wasn't an issue for us. But overall a nice place to stay, and very close to some of the city's main attractions.

  Friendly staff and clean rooms with workers no Air-con, but hotel needs a major facelift. Room only had one of the two blackout curtains (which was badly worn), letting in sunshine from both sides and the holes. Very small TV and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

  The rooms are rather small but overall nice and clean. The walls are probably very thin as you could hear anything that happened during the night in the next room or in the corridor. The breakfast was fine but really crowded. I like the location of the hotel as it was very close to the modern part of Valencia.

  The breakfast staff doesn't speak English, but the staff overall is very friendly.

  It's okay. The pictures made it look better than it is, but it's not a lot less than you can expect from an express hotel.
