  If you are planing to rent a car, you can park it in front of the building. (It seems possible but i dont know if it's legal) Believe me, it's a luxury for this area. There are also public car parks nearby. When I checked the google it wasnt showing many of them. You can find them easily.

  *If you are a smoker hope you can quit. If you cant then you should go out of the building and smoke. The balcony is not that comfortable for smoking.

  *dont expect to get a great view or something. it's a small street with buildings facing each other. Also you wont need to look from your windows since you are already a few steps away from restaurants, bars and historic places. Just get out and enjoy the city.

  *While we checking the room online, we couldnt see a refrigerator or kettle in the pictures but there is a small refeigerator (enough room for your drinks), kettle and two cups with tea and coffee. That was a nice surprise for us.

  *Perfect cleaning: The room is super clean. It's cleaner than our home but it's undeestandable since there isn't any 3 yo throwing her food around the room. Considering that; it s as clean as our home.

  It was very odd walking in because they left all the lights off. We had to turn them on ourselves. It's a "take care of yourself" kind of place. The lady at the office was so sweet. We had a great conversation with her. She was helpful in telling us about local eats and fun things to try in the area. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel at home. There is not a lobby though. The room was very clean and nice. Again, a very homey feel. Nothing fancy. But it was nice to just relax there. It's located on a private street close to a popular square with lots of great restaurants! All around, I had a good experience. I wouldn't be too excited about it, but it fills it's purpose perfectly.

  The location and the value can not be faulted. You are a maximum ten minute walk away from all the restaurants shops bars of the old town, and the heart of the action is literally, around the corner. My room is large and clean and modern. Perfect

  *airconditioning works like a charm. It placed really good that even if you keep it open all the times you dont get neck pains.

  *if you are planing to check-in at a late hours, make sure you contacted and arranged the check-in hours. Otherwiss you can be sitting at the door and waiting for someone to show up. The check-in desk is not open all the times. (It's Spain, what were we expecting)

  *Great location: It's just a few steps away from a main street so you can walk out and find what you need.

  Almost at the center of all the historic places. We rented a bike and with a circular route we saw almost all the important places. The city is almost flat. So don't be afraid of renting bicycles.
