  We spent a magnificent week at the hotel. Good food, the hotel personnel were extremely kind and helpful. The room service was excellent .

  Great hotel. Wonderful staff always willing to work through our bad Spanish. Best breakfast buffet we have had on our whirlwind trip through Spain. Easy walk to the Arts and Sciences center and great restaurants near by.

  Nice accommodation. Clean rooms good room service. Close to the oceanarium. There was no hot water in spa and actually the changing rooms looked a bit abandoned; also there was a problem with light in the changing rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful

  Mi home away from home in Valencia. Last time they upgraded my senior room to a suite for free!.

  The location being near the beach, the port and the museums was also handy .

  The hotel is nice but very far from the center. The pool is small and the wifi is not good. I had to switch rooms twice..
