  Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfortable. Room size is fine if you are not spending too much time in it. You get mini shampoos, creme and shower gel which is nice. I personally like the towel policy , where you use your towel more than once if you want to but to get a new one you leave it on the floor to get changed.

  Did not like that you get 3 gummy treats in a "huge" plastic bag when you leave. Should use a more environmentally friendly bag, just skip it or find another thing to say bye with.

  We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful desk staff when we arrived. The room we booked was very practical and comfortable. I was especially pleased with the amount of surface space available for my "stuff." Also, there were many conveniently-located outlets for electrical charging. The curtains provided a thankfully dark room. The A/C worked well, but cycled on and off quite often, each time with a hissing noise (earplugs helped). Breakfast was good.

  Having a semi transparent swinging door, that can not be closed properly might not suit everyone. Not everybody is comfortable with being able to make eye contact with people lying in bed while doing there business on the toilet :)

  The Petit Palace is beautifully situated for an evening out in the lively district of Ruzafa, only a short walk from Valencia Nord station. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the rooms are well appointed. We would definitely stay again.

  From the moment my wife and I checked in we were impressed with Petit Palace Hotel. It was such a pleasure to stay there as all the staff from the front desk to the breakfast room and cleaners were happy and very pleasant to deal with.

  We had a nice room with a balcony facing the street, though there was a tree directly in front of the window so we didn't have a view. The staff was nice. The location was fabulous as we were in the hipster Ruzafa neighborhood. The one drawback was that when we tried to sleep in later we were awoken by the cleaning staff cleaning rooms adjacent to ours and the corridor. It was very loud and unfortunate to deal with as we were on our honeymoon.

  The location was great for a couples getaway, set in amongst many restaurants and bars and with easy walking access to the old town and buses to the beach.
