  Our Family stayed here for a night to break up our bus travel to the Northern Cities of Spain. We were a group of 12 taking up 5 rooms.

  We stayed here for four days whilst visiting Valencia. Very friendly staff. The room offered comfortable beds, super bathroom although the hairdyer lead was a little too short for my needs. We didn't have a kettle in the room but this was easily remedied once we asked.

  Was initially impressed by the high ceiling, radio in the toilet and separate cupboards, until we woke up to a nightmare in the morning. When we woke up at 6 plus, the shower and tap only ran scalding hot water.

  This Hotel is pure elegance. The Staff very helpful and the rooms very comfortable. It was a shame we only stayed the one night.

  After a while, she decided to send someone up but the matter couldn't be fixed and we didn't get a resolution. So upon calling again, they shut the water off. TOTALLY. So we were left to wash up with bottled water.

  Great breakfast with a good choice. We enjoyed the pool and decking area. Good bar with helpful staff and good choice of wine and beer.

  Enjoyed our stay and even though the hotel is not central there are excellent bus links and the metro is not far away. Nice area with bars and restaurants close by. We travel to Valencia a few times a year and would definitely consider this hotel again. The only downside during our stay was that the pool was not open, I had been hoping to have a few days relaxing round the pool but it was empty and cordoned off. I was not advised of this at the time of booking and had I known may have looked elsewhere.

  Stayed here for 1 night as part of a tour group. Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Polite staff but little or no English. 5 stars for the buffet restaurant and the food spread.

  There was no apologies by said receptionist or even mention of the water problem at all when we checked out. We also realized after checking with others at breakfast that it happened to the entire 6th floor.

  When we called the receptionist, who was very unprofessional, she said that we were using it wrongly (even though we used it last night to bathe).
