  2. We had the 8 course tasting menue. The "bits" were all pretty amazing. Buuut the first course (Oyster with avocado) that's were it went downhill pretty quickly. We have been a party of four people, all with experience in fine dining places, but nobody like the dish.

  Amazing experience ! The tasting menu was perfectly balanced and we discovered local products and flavours beautifully dressed! It reminds me of Noma (Copenhagen) or Neptune (Geneva).

  1. The whole experience was amazing. The service as well. I loved the fact that you get taken to the bar area and start with a drink. The room itself was gorgeous as well, I love the open kitchen design. As well as the fact that the chef shows you how they prepare the food.

  I do love fish, but the meals have all been suuuper salty, they are proud of the very good sauce, but they use it way too much on every dish.

  All this could easily justify 2 or even 3 stars. (I have eaten in over 20 1-3* restaurants in the past 7 years.

  Sadly this trend continued with the most dishes. It's been 7 fish dishes and only one, very raw meat dish.

  Well worthy of its Michelin star. The food was inventive, carefully crafted from locally sourced seasonal products. They asked us what we liked and disliked from a menu of 15 dishes, which they then used to design a customised 6 course meal. Every dish was amazing, not one of them left us wanting. The service was excellent, with a patient, friendly and highly professional staff.

  So overall it's a tough choice. The experience and the place plus service was awesome. But the food was way toooo salty and overall not that great, esp. not for a one star restaurant.
