  Today I visit the Apple store in Valencia, the staff is really condescending, the girl who attended us (upstairs with white headphones) was making us the customer feel frustrated and angry, no customer service at all, and silly excuses when she could not figure out the problem, offering no solution. On the way out I mentioned to the guy who send us to her, he laugh at us. I ask myself why Apple has such a little marketshare in Spain, now I know. It would be a good idea if Apple can send their staff in Valencia to a seminar regarding customer service and customer focus, after all it cost you quiet a fortune to market you product to the people and just a few seconds with you staff to lose them.

  Friendly staff..but no results ..all buzzing around but making the clients wait far too long and get pushed from one corner of the store to another..waiting ...waiting

  Great store on two levels. The staff was kind and friendly. I did not have an appointment but a problem with my charger. After waiting in line for some minutes I needed to wait a bit longer , but the girl was really friendly and even said sorry that it took a bit longer. I got a new charger and did not have talk to much around it.

  Trash service. Long waiting line, rude store workers unprofessional. While you are waiting on line the employees they are talking each other about their matters. Don't complain on them, they jump on you like tigers telling you is your falt
